Custom order policies
- All custom work requires a 20% deposit, remaining balance due in full before assets are given without watermark.
- Revisions are limited—see item for details.
- Once cover model images have been decided, changes incur a change fee of $10.00.
- Title Changes/Author Name Changes/Series Name Changes (etc.) incur a change fee of $10.00 once cover has been approved.
- There is no additional charge to add best seller status if achieved at a later date as all raw files are maintained by the designer for easy addition.
- There is a 5 day turn around for all design projects once deposit has been paid. Expedited service of 24 hours can be requested for an additional fee of $25.00.
- Completed covers may not be altered by the author at a later date due to licensing agreements. All changes must be made by the designer at the agreed upon cost.
- All covers come with a Right to Use contract for your records. (In the event Amazon asks for proof of ownership). Image Licenses can also be provided as needed.
